The Lord Denning Interview :  A 35 minute interview with Lord Denning, on the subject of Donoghue vs. Stevenson. The interview was recorded on Easter Sunday in April, 1995.
 Lord Denning was 96 years old at the time and this interview is one of the last, if not the last, he gave in his life.  He died at age 100 in 1999.
 In this fascinating interview Denning talks about the underlying Christian principles that inspired Lord Atkin’s decision while revealing how a case in New York influenced Lord Atkin, and describes the ramifications of Atkin’s decision.

Michael Doherty has 16 years experience in the film and video industry. Over the years he has produced a number of award winning educational videos on such diverse topics as capital punishment, Canada's role in the UN and Nato, the eating disorder bulimia, the legalization issues with respect to marijuana and prostitution, and on midwifery in Canada. He currently works as producer and editor of feature films in Toronto. David Hay is by profession a litigator in the firm of Richards Buell Sutton in Vancouver, British Columbia.  He is also involved in documentary film making and music production.  David has practised law in the city of Vancouver for 13 years.  He created "Who is My Neighbour", the original prototype of The Paisley Snail and has shared Martin Taylor's longstanding fascination with Donoghue v. Stevenson.
Martin Taylor, a recently retired justice of the British Columbia Court of Appeal, has made it his life's work to popularize May Donoghue's immortal journey to the centre stage of legal history in Donoghue v. Stevenson.  In 1990, he led an international bagpipe pilgrimage of lawyers, judges and academics to sip ginger beer at the spiritual home of the law of negligence at the site of Francis Minghella's Wellmeadow Cafe at the junction of Lady Lane and High Street in Paisley.   He recently received the Sir Matthew Begbie Lifetime Achievement Award from the Law Society of British Columbia, the most esteemed honour bestowed on any person involved in the law in British Columbia.  He has written and lectured extensively on the subject of negligence.
